Description:
1. This sheet extrusion machine mainly used to produce PP,PE, PS,HIPS, GPPS sheet and other packing material .
2. Coat hanger type die with two throttle design enable to regulate the sheet thickness accurately
3. Three-roller calenders can be lifted freely
4. Sheet thickness can be regulated by screw and processing roller
5. Separated roller temperature control system to control the temperature of processing roller to gain
even sheet thickness
6. Winder with big torque motor, and it’s speed and tension force adjustable
7. Automatic metering device can pre-set the length of product
8. Select different plastic to produce the compound sheet with different colors according to different
products.
9. Advanced hydraulic pressure, high speed net changing fittings without stopping the machine
10. Screw designed based on mixing plasticization function
Applications:
The production line is suitable for PP, PS, PE, ABS and other materials. If exchanging the machine model head, PVC, PMMA and PC plate materials can also be processed. If adding a drying device, PET sheet
material will also be processed. The finished sheet is usually used for disposable cup ,box and plates, and stationary products and other packing industries.
