Application:
the film is used for vaccum thermoforming food packing, folding packaging box,
printing, pharmaceutical medicine packaging and stationery packing, can pack drug, food,
hardware, motor and car fittings, toy, cosmetics, gift, garments etc.
Feature of the PVC sheet extruding machine:
1.It adopts planetary extruder instead of conical twin 80/156 extruder, then extrude via single screw, the outcome of plastic is better. Customers have no trouble for the wasted material and easy broken of the cylinder.
2. The calendar adopts independent heating way, high precision temperature control, driving with single or linkage, the cooling outcome is better by back collect cooling part, cooling effect is excellent.
3. Mechatronics, human-computer interface, PLC control.
