This machine is special to make the TPU PVC layflat hose with TPU PVC resin and fiber. It can make the smooth outer and inner layer at one step.This kind of hose is popular used for aggriculture, gas transportation, fire work and industry,etc

with normal pressure 0.39 Mpa vertical tensile intension 35Mpa, horizontal tensile intension 25 MPA, advantages of mo-water-absorbing and aging-resistance and easy-move, the finished tube is used for movable, half-movable agricultural irrigation pipe line and fire fighting pipe line

Introduction:

The line is widely used in agriculture irrigation, project, mining, environment protection tec. This machine adopts European advanced technology but made some improvements by us. It adopts terylene yarn weaven hose as reinforced lay, the terylene yarn weaven hose is inserted into vertical die by leading mould and device, then the hot PVC coated on the out and inner sides of the yarn by high pressure and make into flat hose at once. After cooling, dry, printing and winder, the lay flat hose will form roll as setted length.

The series flexible tubes with a plastic coat we produced have 50 specifications and models.We divide the products into 3 models according to the working pressure , they are 0.2,0.3,0.4,each model can be further devided into 10 specifications according to the inner diameters , they are 25,30,40,50,65,76,100,125,and 200 mm. Other specifications of products also can be produced according to the special demands of users.
