Application
pe pp flat split tear film making machine for rope and net can produce split film with 100% recycled polypropylene plastic granules(new material is better). The products are mainly used for bundling, knitting net, etc.
1.this kind of extruder machine is mainly used for producting PP/PE splitfilm for agriculture and industry tying twine / plastic rope etc

1).Automatic controlling system, the entire production line adopts new control system, delta frequency and advanced PLC, more stable and high efficiency.
2).Single screw extruder: Screw adopts Nitriding process , could bear high temperature ,more durabile, and good plasticizing quality. Machine with pressure sensor and metering pump to control the f pressure and the flow. It’s convenient to change different spinneret size to make different dia of yarn.
3). cooling system: steady temperature ensure the twine soft and shiny with good feature.
4). NO 1 and NO 2 stretching: ss material is to make the yarn good stretching, steady speed
5). heating system: half of heating tube will stop after temperature getting to the settled data, this could reduce the cost , low consumption.
6).winder has separate motor to control each winding head, for monofilament, there exist several kinds of winding type.
process flow
Plastic granule -- Heating and extruding – molding – cooling -- Haul-off -- Cutting—Stretching -- Haul-off -- Winding -- Finished.

Features
1.This line consists of extruder, the first stretching device, heating extension board, needle roller, the second stretching device and coiling machine. The matching devices for production process are complete, so it can continuously finish the whole procedures from putting material to coil yarn onto bobbins.
2.According to different technological requirements, set and automatically control the heating temperature of screw cylinder and die head. The temperature can be adjusted according to different kinds of materials.
3.Adopts rotating needle roller, which can split the stretched yarns into net shape in order to make the yarns soft during next procedure of making ropes.
